Our self-paced online courses are covered by a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase by emailing hello@learnfrenchwithjustine.com.

Your refund request must include:

• The email address used for the purchase

• Proof of purchase

No refunds will be granted under this satisfaction guarantee after the 72-hour period has expired.

Once a refund has been issued, access to the course will be revoked.

E-books

Due to the digital nature of the products, all e-book purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered.

By purchasing an e-book from JustinesFrench, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Private Lessons

Trial lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where JustinesFrench is unable to provide the purchased service.
