These Terms of Service apply to all products and services offered by JustinesFrench, operated by Learn French With Justine, a business registered in the Netherlands.

By purchasing a product or service from JustinesFrench, you agree to the following terms.

Personal Use Only

All courses, e-books, worksheets, PDFs, videos, lessons, exercises, and other learning materials are provided for personal use only.

You may not share, reproduce, distribute, record, publish, resell, or otherwise make any content available to third parties without prior written permission from JustinesFrench.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.

Sharing your account with others is not permitted.

Intellectual Property

All content and learning materials provided by JustinesFrench remain the intellectual property of JustinesFrench or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for their intended educational purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the content or its intellectual property rights.

Lifetime Access

Where lifetime access is advertised, it refers to access for as long as the relevant course remains available and JustinesFrench continues to operate and provide access to that course.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are subject to our separate Lesson Policies, which cover booking, scheduling, cancellations, lesson packages, teacher assignments, and other relevant conditions.

To arrange, schedule, reschedule, or follow up on private lessons, JustinesFrench may contact students using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase, including via WhatsApp where appropriate.

Violation of Terms

Unauthorized use, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or resale of course materials may result in suspension or termination of access.

JustinesFrench reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect its intellectual property rights, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and, where applicable, our Lesson Policies.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

JustinesFrench may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon.
